Access Healthcare’s Prabhakar Munuswamy Recognized as Technology Led Business Transformation Leader by CSI

India’s premier body for computer professionals, Computer Society of India has recognized Access Healthcare’s Vice President for Applications Services and Innovation, Prabhakar Munuswamy, as the “Technology Led Business Transformation Leader” for 2018 at the IT Innovation and Excellence Awards 2018 conference by CSI Mumbai Chapter.

Earlier in the week, Access Healthcare was featured as one of the Top 25 Most Innovative Companies in India by CII. These recognitions for the company’s integration business process management suite and first-of-its-kind automation platform, echo, are a testimony to Access Healthcare’s focus on making a true impact on the customer’s business by applying technology.

With nearly two decades of experience in application development, Prabhakar receives recognition for his focus on transforming business processes by applying technology. echo, perhaps the BPO industry’s first service provider-built end-to-end cognitive robotic process automation tool comes with an array of pre-built automation solutions for the healthcare revenue cycle business processes. He is also driving the transformation of arc.in, Access Healthcare’s proprietary business process management suite that automates the entire set of people, operations, and client engagement processes, enabling the company to create strong market differentiation for the services it provides.
