Graphic Designer & Multimedia Expert

Access Healthcare is seeking a talented graphic designer and video editor to join our Corporate Communications team, to own and execute the production of marketing collaterals in digital and offline media. The candidate should have hands-on professional experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere Pro and other relevant software packages, along with exposure to new age online tools like Canva, Stencil, Midjourney, etc

Job description

  • Work with stakeholders to understand their communication requirements and deliver appropriate visual collaterals like videos, graphic designs, web pages etc.

  • Take ownership of the Access Healthcare brand guidelines and ensure they are followed in all instances of visual content associated with the organization

  • Actively monitor to ensure brand compliance and accuracy in all aspects of online/offline visual branding in all office premises and related locations

  • Effectively cater to the design/multimedia requirements of all units of the company, working from any delivery center and/or time zone if the need arises for projects assigned

  • Collaborate with external vendors or product/service providers to deliver high quality and accurate final output of printed and/or digital collaterals as per requirements communicated by stakeholders

  • Actively participate in and manage video/photo shoots in various delivery centres of Access Healthcare for business requirements

Skills required

  • Good knowledge of the distinct requirements in visual content design for web, social, printing and other platforms

  • Ability to take feedback from stakeholders in a positive manner and effectively incorporate them in the work output

  • Inherent artistic talent and the ability to ideate and develop multimedia products based on basic stakeholder requirements

  • High level of attention to detail and good communication skills for effective conversations with stakeholders

  • Must be willing to travel within India, for design work and requirements in various delivery centres of Access Healthcare

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate environment, or with a design studio or marketing agency

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or Visual Communications, or a diploma/certification in a relevant subject will be an advantage

  • Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva and other graphic/video editing software packages

  • Familiarity with new age AI based tools and a keen ability to effectively learn the use of new tools is an added advantage
