As President and Managing Director of Access Healthcare, Shaji Ravi is responsible for the company's business and financial performance. He founded Access Healthcare in 2011 and has provided the leadership and strategic direction to grow the company to over 25,000 people today. With over 25 years of healthcare BPO services delivery experience, he is responsible for building the company's executive leadership and delivery acumen with underpinning technology. He also serves on the board of the company. He is the winner of the coveted "Entrepreneur of the Year" award from the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for 2017.
Shaji provides the vision and direction for creating the company's differentiated delivery architectures by building the executive leadership team and developing innovative technologies. Before Access Healthcare, Shaji led over 4,000 associates at Dell Services, managing multiple teams and processes across global locations. Shaji began his career with Nittany Decision Services before moving to Vision Healthsource (A Perot Systems Company) in 2000. He played a critical role in elevating the company to become one of India's first successful healthcare BPOs by developing the company's leadership talent, leading client transitions, and launching new service lines. He built the organization's delivery architecture by focusing on technology, innovation, process re-engineering, and expansion.
Shaji is on the board of accessgiving, a unique corporate social responsibility initiative supporting schools for underprivileged children with infrastructure, financial, and skills augmentation.
