Dallas, Texas – February 1, 2017. Access Healthcare, a leading provider of end-to-end healthcare business process services, recently announced the addition of Patti Bernstein as Senior Vice President of Client Services. Patti will be responsible for leading a high-performance organization and ensuring client satisfaction, profitability and growth.
Patti brings more than twenty-five years of varied professional experiences in the healthcare revenue cycle management industry. She comes to Access Healthcare from Sutherland Healthcare Solutions where she served as the Vice President for Client Services and Account Management. At Sutherland, she worked on expanding and securing new business deals, managing existing portfolios and participating in the internal management of service delivery for all the clients.

Prior to her role at Sutherland, Patti held the position of Vice President of RCM Provider Solutions with and was responsible for the support of business development through the process of RFPs and pre-sale contracts through post-sale implementation phases. Patti also carries experience leading strategic alliances at and process implementation. Patti began her career in 1997 with Trillium Group as a Senior Consultant in Client Services.
