Manager  - Hubspot and Marketing Automation - Revenue Cycle Solutions

The Position

Manager for Hubspot and Marketing Automation will be responsible for optimizing the marketing automation and lead nurturing processess through email, content, and social channels using Hubspot. This individual will report into the Chief Marketing Officer.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work alongside marketers and content marketers to distribute the content using appropriate channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Analytics) in Hubspot
  • Responsible for search engine optimization, web analytics, marketing-lead generation, increase the site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and social content
  • Ability to conduct insightful research from a range of publicly renowned sources and research databases including, but not limited to Forrester, Gartner, Hoovers, IDC, Everest, Crunchbase, and other sources
  • Have an eye-for-details for Data Analysis, Business/ Industry/ Market Research, Company Profiling, Competitive Intelligence and SWOT
  • Ability to identify the current trends and forecast future trends in the healthcare outsourcing industry, collect intelligence on recent developments
  • Develop and execute multi-channel social strategy including brand promotions as well as content marketing to increase overall engagement
  • Ability to develop newsletters and publish reports including, but not limited to company/ location overview, industry overview, market players, analyst viewpoint, trends and developments, drivers and challenges
  • Ability to track and monitor healthcare and outsourcing related news,  maintain a database of outsourcing contracts trending in US healthcare industry


  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the healthcare domain
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from Tier 1 institution or similar academic certification
  • Strong understanding of Hubspot Marketing Platform

Functional Skills required:

  • Understanding of the global healthcare services industry – landscape, trends, challenges, changes within the end to end healthcare space – with global exposure is preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities; ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior leadership team and external stakeholders
  • Ability to run parallel projects within Marketing in a qualitative and consistent manner.
  • Ongoing projects such as competitor profiling covering their strategies, demographic, structure, financial, and business models
  • Possess excellent leadership, analytical, presentation, and collaborative skills.
  • Drive marketing-sales alignment to optimize and recommend the appropriate promotional strategies

Technical Skills required:

  • Social Campaigns via Hubspot
    • Ability to translate marketing requirements to functional campaigns via Hubspot marketing platform
    • Manage and promote Events engagements to customers, prospects and track event success
  • Reporting and Analytics via Hubspot
    • Ability to measure the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns and content marketing via Hubspot platform
    • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
  • Data presentation skills
    • Data validation using statistical techniques
    • Create holistic dashboard to present to Senior Management
    • Explore new ways to engage with target audience using Hubspot


  • May require travel from time to time
