Anand is responsible for strategic customer relationships and has over two decades of extensive experience in IT and ITES strategy, client relationship management, program management, operations optimization, process consulting, global transition, and service delivery to Fortune 100 companies. 

Anand’s global experience spans multiple domains including IT service management, back office transaction services and contact center services in multiple industries. Anand’s wide international experience spans the US, Europe and APAC, where he led multi-cultural, high-performance teams.

Anand has proven successful in driving significant improvements in customer satisfaction while improving operational efficiency and effectiveness. These successes in turn enabled him to lead multiple pioneering programs.  

Prior to Access Healthcare, Anand was the Customer Executive – Insurance Industry at Dell. Anand had also worked at Tata, Perot Systems, Brigade Corporation and Sutherland Technologies.

 Anand holds an MBA from the University of Bombay and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from College of Engineering, Anna University, India. Anand has completed the Executive Global Leadership Program from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
