US Sales Executive - Outsourced Healthcare Revenue Cycle and IT Services

The US Sales Executive is responsible for selling end-to-end and modular revenue cycle managed solutions to hospitals, health systems, and other related service providers.  The successful candidate will be a proven hunter and will be adept at identifying new sales opportunities within their assigned territory. 

Work Location: Midwest, and west coast, USA

The US Sales Executive will reside in their assigned territory.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have 10+ years healthcare related sales experience with a proven record of success
  • Must have 5+ years selling outsourced revenue cycle services CFOs and VPs of revenue cycle

Key tasks & responsibilities

  • Sales Team
    • Build a strong network with potential customers - hospitals, health systems and other related service providers
    • Be an integral part of the sales team, contribute to the success of the overall team, and possess a strong understanding of the healthcare business process and IT services of the company
    • Meet quarterly and annual sales goals
    • Follow a consultative solution sales model
    • Serve as a subject matter expert to individuals within the organization

    • Follow a consultative solution sales model
    • Serve as a subject matter expert to individuals within the organization
    • Identify customer needs and support new product development initiatives 
  • Sales Process
    • Follow a strong approach to nurture relationships, obtain deep understanding of the customer’s business objectives and solution requirements, develop solutions along with the solution design team members, effectively articulate the value of the proposed solutions, pricing services at acceptable margin levels, and work with service delivery as well as transition stakeholders to create the delivery model
    • Participate in different sales stages and initial transition kick-off and status meeting to ensure effective transfer of the relationship to the client service teams
    • File reports in a timely manner into the organization’s CRM systems including reports on lead nurturing, cleaning of data, development of sales dashboards, and analysis of sales activities.
    • Participate in industry events and work with the marketing team to strengthen the organization’s brand
    • Assist in Proposal Development- RFIs/RFPs- leading on to contracts (MSAs/SOWs
  • Marketing and Branding
    • Assist in development of Sales collateral – including capability cards, presentations, white papers, and case studies
    • Identify tradeshows for participation and coordinate the effective execution of the tradeshows

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Academic and Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business/finance, sales, marketing
  • In depth knowledge of hospital and physician revenue cycle processes
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated track record of sales success
  • Strong market awareness- Knowledge of competitive and relevant market data and knowledge of trends
  • Consultative sales experience

Travel Requirements:

  • Approximately 50% of the time
